This Pistacchio Cake is a typical cake from Capri, in fact it is also know as Caprese. Ideal for teatime or as a snack.
In this recipe the classic flour is replaced with Almond flour and therefore suitable for a gluten free diet.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the cake to be completely gluten free as possible contamination from classic flours can happen.
